CIPM Sri Lanka is an accredited CIPD Approved Centre for the Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management (CQHRM).
The CQHRM is comprehensively mapped to the CIPD Profession Map at Chartered level, ensuring graduates meet the highest standards of knowledge, skills, and behaviors expected of contemporary HR leaders. The Profession Map is continually updated to reflect global workplace dynamics, sets the international benchmark for HR capability, and focuses on creating sustainable organizational impact.
What this means for you
- On completion of the CQHRM, students are eligible for Associate membership of CIPD (Assoc CIPD) and may use this professional designation.
