CIPM’s main library, located at HR House in Narahenpita, continues to be recognized as Sri Lanka’s largest HR library. Regional libraries at Kandy, Kurunegala, and Galle Centers serve local professional communities with comprehensive resources.

Valid membership credentials required for facility access

All borrowing transactions processed through designated service points

Quiet study environment maintained; disruptive behavior prohibited

Group discussions restricted to designated collaboration areas

Food and beverages prohibited; mobile devices maintained on silent mode

Resource Care

Materials returned to appropriate locations or library staff

Library Policies and Professional Standards

Refundable security deposit of Rs. 2,000 required for new members

Loss or damage must be reported immediately in writing

Overdue materials incur Rs. 10 daily fine per item



Borrowed materials must be returned in original condition

Members remain responsible for borrowed items until formal return
